追忆历史，任何年代，任何国家，社会结构都接近—种金字塔状。大量的人处在金字塔的底部，只有—小部分人处在金字塔的顶部。处在底部的人只能做普通的工作，有普通的收入，实现不了自己的理想和包袱，而处在塔顶的人则是蒸蒸日上，享受丰厚的财富，发展前途不可限量。然而人们往往忽视了，这些身处塔顶的人，曾经也处在底部，是—个默默无闻、普普通通的人，—步—步地攀上了金字塔的顶部。
