常熟是国际花园城市，生活在这个城市是多么的幸福呀。在生活中，保护生态环境是我们的职责，让我们的生活环境更好。

在我很小的时候，家门前的一条小河，大概是周围的工厂排放了污水和人们把生活垃圾倒了进去后，河面上臭气熏天，河水黑中泛红，像妈妈小时候吃的酱油汤

可那气味不同，只要鼻子以往上凑，一种酸溜溜的味道，令人觉得恶心。

这种臭味袭来，我好想吐，所以每天我们家的窗从来不开，妈妈怕这味道跑进来，还特地买了空气清新剂，在屋里喷几下，不放心，还要喷几下。

河面上还有许多塑料袋、盒子等生活垃圾和死鱼烂虾。为此，别的村都评上了卫生村，我们村总评不上。

几年过去了，人们的环保意识提高了，不再向河里扔垃圾了，大家纷纷把垃圾扔进垃圾箱里，爷爷为了做好事，忍着臭味，划着自己的小船，去打捞垃圾。

村委会的人也来了，他们把河水抽干了，把河底的污泥挖掉，等它自然蓄水。

经过一番折腾，小河脱胎换骨了。河面上再也看不见漂浮着的白色污染物了，河水清澈，在阳光下波光粼粼，漾起层层涟漪。

小鱼小虾都在河里玩耍，现在河里还有田螺呢，一个个都很大。爷爷还在河里开辟一片种菱区域呢!

一到夏天，河面上更是生机勃勃，孩子们在河面弄腾开了，大家一起打水仗，一起在水上做游戏，欢声笑语漂浮在碧蓝碧蓝的水面上。

9月到10月间，河面上绿油油的一大片，一朵朵白色的小花点缀其中煞是好看。每到这时，爷爷划着菱桶，在河中穿梭

小心翼翼地把一个个硕大的菱放进菱桶，回来时总是满满的一大桶，可乐坏了爷爷。小河的改变，不仅美化了环境，还增加了爷爷的收入，一举两得，很划算。

让我们一起为了美好的家园，为了我们子孙后代的福祉，让我们从小事中，做到小环保，小收获的好习惯。

人类善待自然，就是在善待自己。我觉得应该采取些行动，我和爸爸准备对这些海洋垃圾下手。我们找了大大的袋子准备捡拾垃圾，我跑得特别快，边跑边收集，沙滩上所见范围内的`垃圾很快就被我捡干净了。

可是，海洋里的垃圾怎么办呢？

急中生智！我从后备箱里拿出了捞鱼用的渔网，捡垃圾变成了捞垃圾，这样一来，一下子就加速了！我和爸爸将收集到的垃圾堆放到垃圾桶的旁边，等待环卫工人彻底清理。此时此刻我在想：要是把全世界的海洋垃圾都堆起来恐怕比泰山还高吧！想到这里我不寒而栗。

人类在乱扔垃圾时对我们自身也会造成危害。比如鱼类会在海里食用大量微塑料，被捕捞后会送到海鲜市场售卖，我们吃进肚子的海鱼就会对身体造成危害。我们该怎么办呀？只有从自身做起保护海洋环境，保护生态环境，才能保护好我们自身，才能留住我们美丽的家园。

校外教学的日子终于来临，我比平常的动作还要快速，一下子就准备好出门到学校去了。等全班都到齐了，老师就整队带着大家上到游览车上，老师还让我们走一次车上的.逃生门，当发生危险时我们就不至于惊慌失措了。

一路上全班七嘴八舌的聊天，所以感觉一下子就到达了目的地，下了车我们跟着野鸟协会的解说老师走进环保中心内，我们先看黑面琵鹭的影片简介，再实际的用望远镜观看真正的黑面琵鹭，能够亲眼看到这一群“黑面舞者”真是让人觉得兴奋，而且我所看到的情景真的跟课本上描述的一模一样，它们有的在整理羽毛；有的在水中觅食；有的单脚站立休息，真是既有趣又可爱。

下一站我们来到了顽皮世界，这里有许多动物区，每一区都有纪念戳章可以盖，我总共收集了五十个印章呢！这里的动物我最喜欢的是红鹤，红鹤的腿细细长长的，时常用单脚站立，看起来真是优雅。

在回家的路上老师跟我们说保护动物的重要性，并且要大家为家乡环保尽自己的心力，当个家乡生态的守护者。我也下定决心要多关心自己的家园，并且努力的维护环境的整洁。
